Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Telford. Generally, loved this quaint and quiet accommodation with affable staff on a different shift. It was exceptional, airy and for a settee. The restaurant was good and the food was excellent.

The main house is beautiful, but with the charm of yesterday. Very nice staff.
Accommodation in an annex from the 60s, very impersonal. and average. More expected after the photos.

The stay at Haughton Hall was really good, highlighted by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious and charming, reflecting the historical character of the hotel. Evening dining was good, offering a good variety despite the limited menu. The spa treatment was also highly recommended, particularly the neck, back, and shoulder massage, which was superb and added to the overall experience. ,
Some areas of the hotel could benefit from updating.

The staff responded very competently and with good humour to a last-minute addition of ten guests to an eighteen-guest dinner without letting other guests suffer

I had a lovely Christmas stay at this charming hotel! The location is super convenient, surrounded by beautiful grounds and easy access to local attractions. Every morning, breakfast was a delight, with a delicious full English spread that fueled our day. The staff were friendly and made our experience even better, and the spa facilities were a nice way to unwind after the holiday hustle and bustle!

The location, swimming pool and late opening bar
Inflexible staff, badly cooked breakfast and petty charge for hire of swimming pool towels. (A 60p charge was clearly devised by a bean- counting accountant. Why not put up the room prices by £1.00?). Why were my husband and I put in a tiny room, when our adult daughter was put into a huge room?

Stayed there for 3 nughts on business, food in the restaurant was good and the hotel staff were excellent. Spa facilities looked good but did not get the time to use them.

Spending the night in a manor house has something. The room was very spacious. With a swimming pool and surrounded by a park, the house invites you to a longer stay.
Well, the house is old and has seen better days. It wasn't "cozy" in the hotel, but it was in our room.
